Oct. 28 (UPI) — A small airplane with 12 people on board crashed in Kenya early Tuesday, officials said.
The aircraft crashed in Kwale County while flying from Diani, in southeastern Kenya, to Kichwa Tembo, in the southwest, the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority said in a statement.
The status of those on board and cause of the crash were unknown.
“Government agencies are already on site to establish the cause of the accident and its impact,” the KCAA said.
This is a developing story.
