Former Cross River State Commissioner for Education, Professor Offiong Offiong, has emerged as the 12th Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar (UNICAL).
Offiong was confirmed by the 14th Governing Council led by DIG Udom Ekpoudom, on Friday afternoon at the Council chamber of the university.
