The Commissioner of Police, FCT Command, Miller Dantawaye, has ordered the immediate redeployment of the Divisional Police Officer in charge of Gwarimpa Division, Superintendent of Police, Babale Galadima, to the Command Headquarters to face administrative disciplinary proceedings over allegations of professional misconduct raised by members of the public.
According to the CP, the action was in line with his earlier directive to all DPOs and their subordinates to remain professional, courteous, and law-abiding in the discharge of their duties.
He reiterated that any act of misconduct, unprofessionalism, or abuse of office will not be tolerated and will attract appropriate sanctions.
In the same vein, the CP has approved the posting of CSP Nasir Gusau as the new DPO of Gwarimpa division.
