The Supreme Court on Tuesday reserved judgment in a case filed by the Osun Government against the Attorney-General of the Federation, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), withholding statutory allocations due to its 30 local government councils.
The fresh suit filed on Monday comes months after the state government filed an application to withdraw an earlier one filed against the AGF on the subject matter.
